This is a 100% Tempranillo monovarietal red wine, totally organic, elaborated from the vineyards located in San Gines, Elvillar de Álava. Although all our vines are technically ecological, this is the first one that administratively complies with the transformation to be ecological. By 2019 the rest of our vineyards will also be administratively ecological.

We elaborate this incredible wine by means of cold carbonic maceration, which allows us to extract more of the varietal aromas characteristic of the Tempranillo. The result is an harmonious set where the maximum floral intensity is combined: a pleasant lightness of entrance with a very powerful structure that pleasantly surprises. A sincere and exclusive wine, which gives everything from the first glass, whose current production is limited to 4000 bottles in 0.75 liters format that should not stop you from trying. You will see that it is a true reflection of our passion for wine, summarized in the respect to raw materials. The treasure of our family and hard work. Simply impressive!
